Postage Included
With this option, both printing and postage are paid in advance. Mailing lists may contain some invalid addresses, and we do not supply a report identifying them. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the address list before submission. As long as the list is largely valid, the order will move forward and all valid pieces will be processed and mailed by Canada Post. Postage for undeliverable addresses is non-refundable.

Postage Due
This option requires payment for printing only at the time of order. Postage is billed afterward and calculated based on the number of valid addresses processed by Canada Post. Although we do not provide a list of invalid addresses, you are charged only for the valid pieces that are mailed.

For both options, only our indicia is used (client indicia is not accepted), and all mail pieces are submitted to Canada Post for processing.

• Paper Type: 100lb Glossy Text stock

• Coating: No coating

• Color: Full-color CMYK, one-sided (4/0) or two-sided (4/4)

• Quantities: 100 to 25,000

  • 8.5″ x 11″

  • 8.5″ x 14″

  • 11″ x 17″

• Finishing: Cut to size, folded, inserted into envelopes, addressed, and delivered to Canada Post

• File Type: Print-ready PDF

Special Instructions

• Must be Addressed Admail

• Address quantity must match the quantity ordered

• Address placement must comply with Canada Post guidelines (refer to the Setup Guides)

• At least 95% of the addresses must be valid

• All direct mail pieces require Canada Post approval before production begins

Note: 8.5″ x 5.5″ brochures will not be folded.

File Requirements

Each Direct Mail order must include:

• One static PDF file (artwork)

• One Excel file containing the address data
